How do you use / redeem my Queue Priorities?

Once you have purchased the package you will receive an email from Tebex containing a transaction id every time the subscription is renewed.

Using this transaction id you can use the !redeem <transaction-id> command with the QueueBot in TeamSpeak. This will grant you the ability to use the priority queue once.

There is a cooldown of 15 minutes after each redeem, the queue bot will inform you on the time remaining on the cooldown.

If you have any problems with the redemption of the package, open a support ticket in the main Discord, under the channel named #tebex-support where you will be connected with the DoJ Store Support Team who can help you with any issues you may encounter with your purchase.
